GLOBALT President Bill Roach
Mr. Roach joined GLOBALT in 1991 and serves as President Advisory. He has over 30 years of investment experience. His responsibilities include the advisor’s day-to-day operations and client service, and he is also a member of the Investment Policy Committee.
Prior to joining GLOBALT, Mr. Roach was Vice President of Marketing and Client Services for Western Asset Management and, prior to that, Vice President of Institutional Fixed Income Services for Security Pacific Merchant Bank. Prior to that, he completed Goldman Sachs’ extensive training program and provided financial advice on a wide range of fixed income to public funds, insurance companies and investment managers.
Mr. Roach holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and has received academic excellence awards from Inland Steel, Dow Chemical, and Procter and Gamble. He earned his MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and was awarded his leadership fellowship with Johnson & Johnson.
Mr. Roach spent 10 years on the Advisory Board of Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and over 10 years with Girls’ Inc. in Greater Atlanta. He is a member of his 1998 class of leadership in Atlanta. Roach is also an ambassador for Grady Hospital, a member of the program, and a board member of the Atlanta Regional Council for Boy Scouts of America.
David Garff, President and Chief Investment Officer, Accuvest Global Advisors, said:

Phil Huber, Chief Investment Officer, Savant Wealth Management
Phil Huber is Chief Investment Officer at Savant Wealth Management. Phil has been in the financial services industry since 2007. Since 2008 he has been with Huber Financial Advisors and in 2020 he joined Savant. Prior to Huber, he worked for a global wealth management firm, working closely with financial advisors to develop investment strategies for clients.
