How has your business changed in the last 12 months?

mark: More than tripled the company in revenue and headcount. This was done through word-of-mouth referrals. We are on pace to beat that this year and are actively working with marketing and his PR firm.

Pole: Coordinating with financial planners is busier, higher profile, and more difficult because it also deals with client anxiety and uncertainty.


What is your biggest business goal in the next 12 months?

mark: 2x-3x or in-house coaches leading online leadership and coaching certification classes. Six of her additional leaders from her four of her in-person classes From How to Wow will begin Spring 2024 with From How to Wow for young adults.

Pole: We have to help more families and hire more staff.
